Ruvitex – Bonded System

Ruvitex Bonded System is a flame free flat roof solution suitable for a range of new build and renovation applications.  
Particularly suited to projects where obtaining a satisfactory mechanical attachment is either difficult due to the deck material or undesirable aesthetically from the underside, i.e. fastener penetration of the roof deck.  Ruvitex bonding membranes are manufactured to withstand the forces of nature and has a synthetic fleece on the underside to provide a key for the bonding agent. All laps, joins and seams are fused together by means of ‘Hot Air Welding’.

Ruvitex Bonded System is the principal component of a complete roofing system, and is suitable for application with particular modern thermal insulation boards, vapour control layers and structural decking options.

Maximum benefit is achieved by careful selection of interacting products and ensuring the bond strength between each component satisfies the particular wind loading.
