Ruvitex Centrix Mechanically Fixed System provides fast install times and reduced costs by exploiting the benefits of 2.05m and 3.20m wide Ruvitex membranes, coupled with the advantages of single fastener combination for both membrane and insulation.   Engineered to provide maximum benefit project by project, Ruvitex – Centrix Mechanically Fixed System is suitable for new build and renovation applications.  Ruvitex – Centrix Mechanically Fixed Systems are fastened using the optimum number of fastener combinations and therefore spread loadings evening across the membrane.  All laps, joins and seams are fused together by means of ‘Hot Air Welding’.

Ruvitex – Centrix Mechanically Fixed System is the principal component of a complete roofing system, and is suitable for application with modern thermal insulation boards, vapour control layers and structural decking options.

Wind loading calculations, fastener spacing and location are determined using calculations carried out in accordance with BS 6399 Part 2:1997, Standard Method.  A copy of this design is used by the applicator during construction.
